This return policy is for ALL LED products that have been purchased from our website excluding LED FLASHERS. *** THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY CUSTOM ORDERS. *** Custom orders are when you need us to modify an LED item on our website.
If you are unhappy for ANY reason with a LED product you purchased from us please call or email us within 5 days of receipt of the item(s) or part(s) and we will assign you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Once a RA# is assigned, you will be responsible to get the product back to our office within 7 business days from the date the RA# was assigned.
Once the product is returned it will be inspected for damage, modifications, and workability. If the product passes as new you will be credited for the cost of the item(s) or part(s) MINUS 20%. The 80% credit will be mailed back to you by check. Credit can not be used towards other items at this time because our current system does not store credits. The 80% credit does NOT include your shipping charges.
If after inspecting the returned item(s) or part(s) we find it is not in NEW working condition or has been damaged or modified the product will be returned. The return shipping charges will be your responsibility and we will charge your credit card for the shipping charges. We will first call or email you to let you know what we found wrong during our inspection and wait for you feedback before we return your item(s) or part(s).
When we say “call or email us within 5 days of your receipt of the LED item(s)” this is the day UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL or any other delivery service delivered your product to you. We have every delivery date stored for every package shipped. The 5 day rule is strictly enforced. NO RA#’s will be given after the 5 day rule.
When we say “you will be responsible to get the product back to our office within 7 business days from the date the RA# was assigned. We are saying the day we call or email you your RA# you have 7 business days to ship the package back to us and it MUST be in our office on or before the 7th business day your RA# was assigned.
