A: We offer a 7 DAY GUARANTEE on all wall transformers & 120VAC Inverters sold.
If your product becomes defective under normal operating conditions within 7 Days of your purchase, we will either send you a replacement or repair the defective product.  Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued and clearly marked on the outside of all packages.  Customer is responsible for the shipping to TCW.  All other sales are FINAL & will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
