OUR RETURN POLICY

We believe having a fair and easy return policy is part of the shopping experience.  Not only do we make shopping with us easy……… we make returning your product just as easy.

You can return any product you purchased from us (this does not apply to custom items made like Atomic Glow Panels, Custom El Wire Kits made to your specifications) within 30 days of delivery for a full “PRODUCT REFUND” MINUS SHIPPING CHARGES.   We will pay the return shipping if the return is because of a defective item. Your return must then be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received the item.

PLEASE READ BEFORE RETURNING YOUR ITEM:

• You need to call us 866-435-9473 or 281-444-0400 to get a RA# we will not issue any refunds if you do not call us before returning your product.

• You can return any product you purchased from us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping charges as long as the item is returned in its original condition and includes all supporting documents and all parts.

• Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, is modified in any way, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will not in any way be considered or accepted for any type of refund.

We try hard to make returning a product to us as simple as it can be but since we sell a custom made item the product must be returned in the original condition it was received.  We take videos of each and every order that leaves our facility.  We do this so we have a visual record of what we shipped out and the condition of the item shipped.

90-Day Product Guarantee

In addition to our hassle free return policy each product comes with our award winning 90-Day GUARANTEE on all products sold. If your product becomes defective under normal operating conditions within 90-Days of your receipt, we will send you a replacement once we receive the defective product back or repair the defective product at no cost to you. Signs of abuse, modifications, brightness output or color ARE NOT covered by our guarantee.
